Guidelines for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at Rayzen

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we have established the following regulations. These guidelines are designed to create a harmonious environment where everyone can enjoy their stay.

By staying at Rayzen, you agree to comply with all regulations outlined below. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

Our Community Values

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
  • Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
  • Guests must complete check-in formalities before accessing rooms
  • Check-out extensions must be requested before 10:00 AM

Respect & Community

  • Be respectful to guests, staff, and fellow travellers at all times
  • Maintain a positive attitude and help create a welcoming community
  • Respect privacy—always ask permission before taking photos or videos of guests
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language is strictly prohibited
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum in all areas
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for misconduct

Guest Conduct & Behavior

  • Respectful behavior towards staff and other guests is mandatory
  • Follow the agreed work hours and inform us in advance if any changes are needed
  • Take care of hostel property, equipment, and shared spaces
  • Illegal activities of any kind will result in immediate eviction and legal action
  • Follow hostel safety and house guidelines at all times

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited outside the allocated place
  • No smoking or alcohol in dorm rooms or restricted areas
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas
  • Public intoxication and disturbance will not be tolerated
  • No alcohol service to guests below legal drinking age

Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily
  • Keep noise levels minimal during quiet hours
  • No loud music, parties, or gatherings during quiet hours
  • Use headphones for personal entertainment devices
  • Respect other guests' right to peaceful stay

Visitor Policy

  • Visitors allowed only in common areas between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • All visitors must register at reception with valid ID
  • No visitors allowed in private rooms/dormitories
  • Guests are responsible for their visitors' conduct
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted

Security & Safety

  • Secure your valuables - lockers available at reception
  • Do not share room keys or access codes with anyone
  • Report any suspicious activity to staff immediately
  • Emergency exits must remain clear at all times
  • Follow fire safety protocols and evacuation procedures
  • CCTV surveillance in operation for your safety

Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Keep your room and common areas clean and tidy
  • Keep common areas clean after use
  • Dispose of garbage in designated bins only
  • Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns immediately
  • Personal belongings should be kept in designated areas
  • Use bathroom facilities responsibly
  • Daily housekeeping available - inform staff if not required

Photography & Privacy

  • Always ask permission before taking photos or videos of guests
  • Respect others' privacy in common and private areas
  • No photography in bathrooms, changing areas, or dorm rooms without consent
  • Content shared on social media must not violate other guests' privacy
  • Staff reserve the right to request deletion of inappropriate content

Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, firearms, or any dangerous items
  • Illegal drugs or narcotics of any kind
  • Flammable or explosive materials
  • Pets (except registered service animals)
  • Cooking equipment in rooms (use common kitchen)
  • Items that cause disturbance or safety hazards

Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property
  • Take care of hostel property, equipment, and shared spaces
  • Damages will be assessed and charged accordingly
  • Report any pre-existing damage at check-in
  • Rayzen is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings
  • Use of facilities is at guest's own risk
  • Security deposits may be held for potential damages

Common Areas & Facilities

  • Common areas are for all guests - please share respectfully
  • Clean up after yourself in kitchen and dining areas
  • Café and restaurant operating hours must be observed
  • No reserving seats or equipment for extended periods
  • Report any equipment malfunction to staff
  • Follow posted guidelines for each facility

Important Notice

  • Violation of any regulation may result in immediate eviction without refund
  • Management decisions regarding rule violations are final
  • Additional charges may apply for damages or violations
  • Local laws and regulations must be followed at all times
  • Rayzen reserves the right to modify these regulations without prior notice
