  • By accessing and using Rayzen's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rayzen.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payment methods including UPI, cash and online transfers.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Rayzen is not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Any damage to property must be reported immediately and will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests must comply with all hostel rules and regulations during their stay.
  • Guests must maintain a peaceful environment and respect other guests.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Rayzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
  • Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Rayzen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
