Partial Refund (50%)

Conditions:

  • Cancellation made between 24-48 hours before check-in
  • Early checkout after the first night of stay
  • Modification of booking dates subject to availability

Processing Time: 5-7 business days

No Refund (0%)

Conditions:

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in
  • No-show without prior cancellation
  • Violation of hostel rules leading to early termination
  • Damage to property or disturbance to other guests
