Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rayzen.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online transfers.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Rayzen is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Any damage to property must be reported immediately and will be charged to the guest.
- Guests must comply with all hostel rules and regulations during their stay.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Guests must maintain a peaceful environment and respect other guests.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Rayzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
- Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Rayzen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
